Sounds like a strange question!?   Why ask it, and what has it got to do with Personal Development?
The reason for asking this question is because it demonstrates a misconception with regard to ‘chi’, other ‘energy’ phenomena scientific minded people object to, as well as psychic phenomena and healing, etc. It is important to Personal Development because you will have to deal with ‘debunkers’ (people who want to debunk your experience or open-minded exploration of the power of your mind, but wrongly use the ‘sceptic scientist’ persona as their justification and presumed credibility).

meditateThe Self Improvement Community is an online community of people who are enthusiastic about personal growth, self help and personal & spiritual development. "I have felt for some time that there needs to be a website that will show people what works and what doesn't when it comes to personal development, and that people interested in personal growth want to share their experiences and help each other grow." said the founder, Colin Ellis...

The Self Improvement Community
  • Let me tell you a secret

friendsYou have come to the SICIC.org website at the very start, at the birth of an exciting venture into the unknown. You will be one of the founding members by joining now, and you shall have a say in the direction The Self Improvement Community goes...

You may have heard that one of the best ways to grow is to get around good, positive people. The more we associate with the positive, the more positive, alive and healthy we become. For this reason alone - never mind the friends, the insights, and the support we may get - joining a FREE community website dedicated to personal & spiritual growth must be a great idea.

You can be empowered to join the community:

  • Find out about self help techniques for personal & spiritual growth.
  • Contribute to the community by adding your own articles, blog and participating in the group forums.
  • You can even suggest and host your own group with a dedicated forum for that group! (see the Wiki for how to apply)

We invite Enthusiasts and Professionals to join the community and share your experiences and wisdom.

Join now, create a Profile, read interesting articles by other members, join a group and see what others with similar interests are saying and doing, then when you are ready, contribute to the community by writing an article, participating in group discussions, sharing via a journal/blog, or introduce us to inspiring insights you've seen on Youtube... and so much more...

Go to the Log In box on the left side, and where it says “No Account Yet?” click the green “Create an account” link to be taken to our simple, registration page. Once you get your email confirming your registration (it usually takes only a minute or two), you can Log In using your chosen User Name and Password. For more information on the Registration process, you can check out the FAQ HERE

You will be taken to your Profile first, so you can upload a photo or other image to represent you, and update your details if you wish. You also have immediate access to other member’s Profiles, Groups, all the Articles, and soon you will be able to write a Journal/Blog right here within the community.

The Self Improvement Community was created to help bring like minded enthusiasts and professionals together as a community so we can all grow and share in our personal journeys.

Look forward to seeing you inside.

Colin :-)
